business/person in a superior position or gives us an edge because we have
something our competitors don’t have, something that is unique to us.

The thing is that everyone has access to AI. It’s not unique
to just you.

So, what will make us stand out? What will be our
competitive advantage?

The future of business will be doing things that AI can’t
do.

The future of business will be doing things that only human
beings can do.

Like:

  • Developing rapport.
  • Having conversations.
  • Being genuinely curious.
  • Understanding our customers.
  • Asking emotional questions.
  • Empathising.
  • Building trust.


These are things that human beings do.
