Reimagining Sales Performance

Lots happening here in Integrity Solutions as we start 2025.

Of particular note is the culmination of many months of work re-imagining our digital, video and printed materials to maximise learner retention and sustained results.

We all know that you can’t get ongoing sales or business results from a one-day training event. That’s why our sales training is designed around a staggered learning approach that blends leading technology with a unique behaviour change process, repeated application in the field, follow-up and accountability.

Research also shows visual content aids long-term learner retention. One study found that after three days of learning new information, users remembered only 10-20% of what they learned through text or voice, but they retained 65% of what they learned visually.
