A little over a year ago, Integrity Solutions was invested in by a Private Equity firm who have been focussed on growing our business internationally. We’re beginning to see the fruits of this investment in a number of ways now.
On top of the list of changes is a revision and upgrade of all our programs. Our main three programs (Integrity Selling, Coaching, Service) have all undergone a big ‘refresh’ and modernisation. HERE’s a short video update on updates to Integrity Selling.

While these changes are very welcome, some things never change.
Sales training that talks about manipulating a client, spinning the narrative, challenging a client will not be as productive as sales training that is based on consulting with a client, understanding their needs and helping them address their needs.
At Integrity Solutions, we’ve always believed the future of sales isn’t about high-pressure tactics or flashy persuasion. It’s about building trust, leading with authenticity, and becoming a partner in the client’s success.
